Hungry? Then you’ve come to the right pub. We serve a menu of home-made, traditional classics here at The Blue Boar - with portions that aren’t for the faint-hearted!
We’re focused on quality as well as quantity though, using fine, fresh, locally sourced ingredients in our dishes wherever possible. It’s that approach to food that has made some of our dishes - including our sublime steaks and grills - legendary in the local community.
We’re known, too, for the quality of our beer. We’ve been listed in The Good Beer Guide for the last 15 years, and we hold Fuller’s Master Cellarman status - an accolade handed out to pubs that show exceptional standards of beer-keeping.
So, on a visit to The Blue Boar pub in Poole, you can be assured of a perfect pint every time.
You can also enjoy a great selection of beers by the bottle, or sample one of our world wines - all best enjoyed by one of our huge roaring log fires in the winter!
